Preschool Ally declared she wanted to be an artist, and 20 years later at the end of 2020, I finally decided to listen to her. I owe her a huge thank-you and she owes me an emphatic “I told you so!”

During those 20 years, I collected illuminating experiences studying creative writing/running track at Notre Dame, living/ working in Slovenia and Honduras, and dabbling in some non-profit/teaching.

Today, I’m a painter, writer, actor, and model based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania— but more than anything, I’m just a human in awe of how life befriends a stubborn dreamer, in ways even the wise preschool Ally couldn’t have foretold. I seek to use my platform to uplift the fellow stubborn dreamers walking with me.
