Description

Standing in the middle of an infinite ocean and standing in the middle of an endless dessert are two terrifyingly bleak ideas to me. Yet, where sand and ocean meet, exchange, coexist, connect, cycle, evolve? I’m right at home.

“The principle of Yin and Yang is that all things exist as inseparable and contradictory opposites, for example, female-male, dark-light and old-young. The pairs of equal opposites attract and complement each other. The principle dates from the 3rd century BCE or even earlier and is a fundamental concept in Chinese philosophy, Chinese medicine, and culture in general.” -World History Encyclopedia
